JOB SUMMARY: The BCAC Site Supervisor manages the team of Violence Interrupters, staffing patterns and strategic planning of site coverage and canvasing. Coordinates and plans all Safe Streets staff activities and oversees staff's daily work. Participate in the training of all Safe Streets staff, Investigates and mediates situations and prevents retaliation. Documents detailed client notes.
REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge, equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 4 years of youth experience in youth development, violence prevention, and case management. 3-5 years of experience. Maryland Driver's License required.

The mission of Baltimore Child Abuse Center (BCAC) is to provide victims of child sexual abuse, trauma, and other Adverse Childhood Experiences in Baltimore and their non-offending caretakers with comprehensive forensic interviews, medical treatment, and mental health treatment with a goal of preventing future trauma. BCAC is a nonprofit subsidiary of LifeBridge Health.
