Summary
Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator will assist the Program Manager in all aspects of current program management
as well as program expansion efforts. The Coordinator will help to develop, organize, and update policies
and procedures for the program. The Coordinator will maintain regular communication with all program
staff, disseminating information as needed. The Coordinator will ensure the collection and reporting of
program data as directed by the Data and Grants Management team. The Coordinator will serve as the
liaison between program partners and the program, itself, and will conduct trainings on program subject
matter expertise and the programmatic model. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for other
pertinent duties as assigned by the Program Manager. The Candidate must be self-motivated,
detail-oriented and flexible as this position will grow and duties may expand as Center for Hope continues
to grow

The mission of Baltimore Child Abuse Center (BCAC) is to provide victims of child sexual abuse, trauma, and other Adverse Childhood Experiences in Baltimore and their non-offending caretakers with comprehensive forensic interviews, medical treatment, and mental health treatment with a goal of preventing future trauma. BCAC is a nonprofit subsidiary of LifeBridge Health.
